We have it in Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger and Chad too, it's a Fulani drink (all West African countries you will find it in Fulani land).

gawri e kossam is what it is in fulani language. It is made from cattle milk and millet.

Yes, we have it in Senegal, we call it Thiakry.

It seems Ghanians just love eggs. Every time I see a picture of a Ghanaian dish, there's egg in it.

You have to get around five different pots going separately before it all comes together (rice, sauce, lentils, pasta, garnishes etcetera), but it's totally worth it.
