safarigirl: Qualities of a good actor include versatility and interpretation of roles. I've seen Pete in movies where he played the good character, saying Pete only plays evil roles is like accusing Patience Ozokwor of same (why isn't she included btw?). Though based on versatility, Olu gets an 8 as opposed to Pete's 5, Olu has acted King, Chief, Chief Priest, Elder, as he's played a rap!st, poor man, pervert, his versatility is just like Amaechi Muonagor's, Pete on the other hand won't be caught dead playing rap!st, he's almost as fixed as Chiwetalu Agu, but based on interpretation, Pete gets a 9 to Olu's 7, especially when you compare according to similar roles. Liz, though, is far ahead of Joke as far as on screen acting goes, but Joke takes it for stage. My final call, lies with interpretation, it's not about quantity but quality, Olu Jacobs is a jack of all trades, master of none, Pete Edochie is an ace in the few he commands. So it's Edochie and Benson.

I jst saw a movie now whre Pete was abusing and raping small girls!! We should not jst say things because nigeria films are so numerous that d actors themselves can not even accurately estimate the number of movies they've acted.

Olu Jacobs appeared in some foreign movies,but that does not bring him to Pete Edochie's level,Justus Esiri was better than Olu Jacobs and was the closest rivalry Pete Edochie had and will ever have so long as nollywood is concerned,They both had big roles in the movie 'Things Fall Apart',Obi Okoli and some other actors like Fabian Adibe and Sam Loco Efe had roles also,you know a bigger actor when the two appear in the same movie,Justus and Olu appeared in the movie The Jury,clearly both had an almost equal role,but Justus had an edge over him and the cast will explain better(Justus name was written before Olu's)

Talk of Justus and Pete,Pete had the upper hand but not with a big margin,clearly as seen in most of the movies together,Pete's name will come first at the start and Justus name will come first in the general cast.

Maybe outside nollywood,Olu Jacob's name will sound bigger,but so long as nollywood is concerned,Pete Edochie (Ebubedike of Things Fall Apart) is number one,he has shown what a true king is,he does not mess with little girl,they are all actors but as a chief,there are some roles you should reject,roles like an Igwe raping a young girl,Pete rejects such roles and also will not cry in movies,Olu Jacob is just a Pete Edochie wannabe,but the difference is that he takes every role just to gain attention and star more in movies.......Pete Edochie (Sir) is The man



Talk of the ladies,I will always pick Regina Askia over all of them,she fits well in every role and she is just about 6 years younger than Joke Silva and 1 year younger than Liz Benson
