no surprises here. foreign artist who shoot videos in nigeria and africa in general always shoot in the worst areas of city, or they shoot from villages...i guess they feel it makes it more authentic and gives it that 'african' look.

As bad as it is in nigeria, this video should have at least also portrayed that good stuffs can come out of nigeria. he should have at least combined sites from high brow areas (lekki,Ikoyi etc) and the slum ( which is where he centered on ). Its really unfortunate that rick ross had to only concentrate on the slum.
