Wait till the next application window bro... it's too late for this one unless u have a lot of money to risk it + you're very brilliant. Cos getting ur school's transcript/ielts could mess u up.

please we all know that the school in Finland is free,I spoke with some of the guys over there, please how do one sought the accommodation issue, at least €200 per month like #44,000 per month pls I need advice

The most u should be worrying about now is how to get like 1.5m in your account IN THE EVENT that u're offered admission and u have to get a residence permit. One step at a time bro. Housing is expensive abroad, u no fit dey use am compare naija standard whether na Yankee, Uk or Finland. U fit do omo Naija style, get 2 people rent an apartment and split the cost. But come on! This should not bother u yet! Chill and boost ur bank account first.

1. Mature students for undergrad, I have no idea about undergrad admissions. I think it's possible tho. Search Google and do a 30 minute research.
2. Ban like how? Deportation/visa denial etc? If that's d case, you could get an admission offer but getting a residence permit could be difficult especially if u were banned for very serious offences. If e come be schenghen country wey ban u, bros... abeg dey go Nairobi Kenya (just kidding o)
3. Admission for undergrad? I don't have an idea like I said. Search google.

If u send on Monday, dem go deliver am by Wednesday or worst case scenario Thursday. That's a guarantee. Shey u pass ielts sha? Congrats! All d best.

For the first time in my life, i'll suggest a bit of oversabi. If u're motivated and u think u have a big chance of this whole Finland ish... you need to start considering learning their language. Apart from d cold weather, the language is gonna be another heck of a challenge (cos dey keep saying without it, u won't get sensible jobs). Omo... that language hard! you go dey see/hear things like abokiqukkumenooonigrepyuka. Long as it is, it could just mean "rice". Imagine knowing about 700 to 1000 words already before September or being able to say simple things like "una get cold Orijin for there?" in Finnish before u land for deir country. Think about it cos u go fit get better work wen u land to be able to afford a good life. Their language hard mehn.
