Why you com dey fear, bros; no fear joor. What will be will be and besides, you can always influence it provided you get the right buttons to press. and if not for the current security challenge in the North i would hv said you should not be too scare about being posted to there cos I've seen many past copers who had wonderful experience there.
The way out: you influence it as soon as your call-up number is out. ( start looking around fora reliable person who will do that for you now.)

As for the four sectors, I don't think NGOs are included.
Other members, who are well schooled on these, will enlighten you more
