Achebe(se/ss) Vs Awo(sw) War Another Opportunity For The North by Ofido(m): 7:43am On Oct 08, 2012 |
I have being reading some comments in this forum, all they are interested in is senseless tribal attacks, steering hatred among other ethnic groups leaving the main topic of discussion. These are not the reasons why we comment in this forum. We comment here in order to help our incompetent leaders with some thoughts on how best our failed country could be governed. I do not understand why Achebe book that tell the naked truth about little Awo crime during the Biafra war should inflame the Yourabs. I would suggest that Yorubas should make their own research on this issue and find out if it was true or not before some of their tribal istic leaders, and tribalistic gladitors in this forum start using it as a political tools that may hurt both parties in the long run. As you guy drag about nothing in this forum, the northern leaders are watching with kin interest and with smiles all over their faces about winning the next election based on south stupidity to called a spade a spade in their argument. We should not forget easily that the log ahead between the Yoruba and the Igbos are the reasons why the north hold on to power for more than 40 years and the result is a failed nation that is now biting everyone of us now. My advise is that, we should learn to accept facts and apologies to those victimized without making unnecessary noise that we hurt all of us. Awo is already a legend to his people and to some Nigerians weather Achebe critizies him or not. I do not see anything wrong in making Awo little crime known to its victims. I don talk my own oo. Ndi Igbo and Yorubas lets be reasonable. |
