Must be a student of public universities, Poly or colleges of education
Must have minimum grade point (G.P.A) 2:1
ONDs must have secured admission into Higher NATIONAL Diploma (HND)
Direct Entry level students must have min GPA of 3.0 (Upper credit) from OND
