Not to seem like no one commented but won't you look for an existing bakery owner closest to your area and see how things are done? Well on my own though, I suggest you have a particular recipe that is unique to your bakery and try selling it. Employ just like 3 people, ie 2 to bake n clean, 1 to sell, then if successful, u can xpand from there.

I am trying to set up a modern bakery too (Bread). I have a building already at ikorodu. I av made enquiries about the equipments. The Oven(Local) is gonna cost me 1million naira . Xcluding oda equipments .I. Still nid information or anywhere to get the equipments and the Oven especially .
