I don't think so. It is going to need you physical presence. This is Engineering, not management.

Huawei Technology does not train outsiders. I also learnt from one of their members of staff that their training centre is in Abuja, not Lagos.

but for entrepreneurial use, being a graduate is not important in Telecoms
