Hello nairalanders,
There have been several speculations lingering in the air that the entity called Nigeria will be no more, probably before 2015. This however may look like irony before some people but those endowed with extra insight had foreseen the attempt of those regions in actualising this goal.
The three major clamouring regions are Biafrans, Arewa and Oodua. From all indications, it's conspicious that Arewa people are employing crook method to actualise their dream of seperation by indirectly influencing sharia to be introduced to nigeria systems which eventually led to mobilizing a sect call boko haram to disorganize the whole nation. This strategic attempt however xrays how foolish they are in their thinking.
In same mission, Igbos arise with their Biafran nation. The difference between Arewa and Biafran is the level of education employed by biafran leaders. They followed due process to actualise their dream unlike those illiterates who believe more in violence. Meanwhile, the biafrans started it wrong by chosen Lagos for their first protest instead of Abuja, the seat of power. But this reveals how fearful are biafrans to near boko boys.
However, the mission continues. But from all ramifications, it exhibits that the fear has gripped Oodua people to launch their own campaign. They are just mouth-gifted people who are traitors to themselves. A meeting was held in Abraham Adesanya house before his demise where all yoruba leaders met to discuss Oodua nation, I was present to witness how yorubas can not unite forever. We have ACN that claims to be Awo party and yet another Afenifere that against ACN.
Who portrays more intelligence among the three? We await Nov5 to watch what comes out after. If Hausas and yorubas are gripped with fear of self declaration, Igbos have taken bold steps. Others knew this and that's why they denied Igbo the presidency.
Back to the history, it was Igbo man, Chief Enahoro who first raised the alarm of self independence in 1953 before finally got it 1960. It is happening again, if Biafra comes to reality, what will happen to nothern vampires and western coward traitors?

Oodua and Arewa have never clamoured for separation. OP, put on your thinking cap before opening your mouth to say anything or type on any forum. Only Biafrans have been clamouring for separation.

Oodua leeches and Arewa parasites know they will be the biggest losers if there is any break-up. angry angry

If your assertion that the three major groups are clamouring for break is correct, then what or which group(s) is/are keeping the country together? undecided undecided

And In 1953, Chief Anthony Enahoro became the first to move the motion for Nigeria's independence and consequences,he has been regarded by academics and many Nigerians as the father of "Nigeria State" Though his motion was rejected by Parliament and the northern MP's staged a walkout as a consequence of the attempt. The actual successful movement of the motion for Nigeria's independence did not take place until 1958. After Enahoro's initial attempt in 1953, Chief S.L. Akintola attempted to move the second motion for Nigeria's independence in 1957 and though his motion was passed by Parliament it was not acquiesced to by the British colonial authorities and it therefore failed. The successful moving of the motion for Nigeria's independence did not take place until August 1958 and this was done by Chief Remi Fani-Kayode. Fani-Kayode's motion was not only passed by Parliament but it was also acquiesced to by the British. His motion had called for independence to be granted to Nigeria on April 2, 1960 and though it was passed by Parliament and acquiesed to by the British a slight amendment proposing that the month of independence should be moved from April 2 to October 1 was proposed by a fourth motion to Parliament by Sir Tafawa Balewa in 1959 and it was passed. As a consequence of that Nigeria gained her independence in 1960.

Hun un un, not all who open their mouth wide speak sense. What is the meaning of Sharia law or Islamic banking in a multicultural and religious country? Do you need to be told before you ascertain their mission. It is only because Igbos displayed a level of matured-intellect that we acknowledge them as only party that clamours for seperation. If you mingle with yoruba leaders very deep, there is no doubt for such mission but they are not courageous to take bold step.
If hausa leaders think of the loses, they wont have sponsored the boko boys.

It is a pity people are not seeing what I AM SEEING! What is my gain in tribal war? I support seperation and I'm proud to be biafran. We are intelligent people unlike those rams. We had pondered over gruesome killings the boko boys embark upon, the best answer to them is to seperate. Engaging them in reprisal attack will not put an end to the killing. We have best answer and if yoruba people deem it fit to remain prey for the boko boko, it is their palava.

Awolowo's cowardice,two-facedness, and failure to stand for what he believed in is the reason he died and can only be remembered as someone who spent his who political career trying to ascend to presidency but alwaysed failed. It is another reason why his people will now have to fight a losing battle to try and reclaim Ilorin and Offa from the Fulani. Igbomina is another place in which fulani will take with no sweat, you watch. Thanks to Awolowos cowardice. His devilish contributions has now done away with his people's future.hahahahaha

point of correction, Awo sincerely tried for yoruba region in his days. If yoruba leaders after the demise of Awo follow his footsteps, yoruba region could have been the best among its contemporaries. Awo had more polical intimacy with hausa than igbo. After the demise of Awo, yoruba leaders split into factions and today, the trust is lost among them. So they are not united to declare seperation. Den no born them
