President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday effected a minor cabinet reshuffle. In the surprise shakeup, Jonathan moved the Minister of State for Power, Gauis Dickson, to the Ministry of Niger Delta. Dickson swapped places with the Minister of State for Niger Delta, Zainab Kuchi. The change takes effect from next week. No reason was given for the reshuffle, contained in a statement by presidential spokesman, Dr. Reuben Abati. The Presidency had consistently denied reports of an impending cabinet reshuffle. Jonathan removed Haliru Bello as minister of defence along with the National Security Adviser, Gen.
