"Spiritual husbands or wives" are usually ancestoral and familiar spirits that enforce generational trends on descendants of that given family. Many people that experience this thing tend to think the problem is with the spiritual man or woman they see whereas it is the curse they are trying to enforce that is the main issue. Using a spiritual relationship (which can include sex) they try to make a person "accomodate" and get bound to the curse. Its a Deliverance case-and the deliverance should be targeted on the curse the spirit is enforcing. This is not however to say that all cases of sex or relationships in the dreams are spiritual issues. If u fantasize a lot about women and men (or u are struggling with d habit of masturbation) u could experience this...(and it is moral counselling that can help-with God's grace in it). Asper the spiritual case, U DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER IT-as u may be a less randy person and yet the thing would harass u ANYTIME U TAKE A TIME TO SLEEP-EVEN A NAP.
