He was the former governor of Oyo state between 1999 and 2003.
An CAN chieftain in Oyo State.
He has been sick for a while.
May his soul rest in peace.

Known for his political calmness. Never known for brash words and thugery.
He was however thoroughly bitter with his Successor, Alhaji Rasheed Ladoja for obvious reasons.
He will be well missed. R.I.P.
