I will suggest you google list of oil companies, manufacturing companies, construction companies and their likes in Lagos, east and PH.

Then take down their contact addresses: email, website, phone number and location. For those whose websites are valid, look up for vacancies(most oil companies always have vacancies on their websites: by oil companies I am not talking about the known ones like Chevron or ExxonMobil but lesser known ones)

For those whose websites are void: send them emails or call them.

Better still look up the management team of the companies and find a means to connect to them.

I got my last job through this means.
