In fact if the women are hos then common sense implies that she would go out there and spread it to many men. From what you are saying if 1 women has 5 sexual partners e.g then for that 1 HIV positive woman there would be 5 HIV positive men. Since this isn't the case that shows that there must be other factors responsible.
