Agriculture Graduates Association of Nigeria (AGAN) intends to fully integrate all graduates of Agriculture nationwide and other interested Youths between the age of 18 - 50 years into the Agriculture Transformation Agenda (ATA) of the Federal Government in which Cocoa, Rice, Sorghum, Maize, Oil Palm and Livestock Value Chains have been estimated to generate 3.5 million jobs from 2013 - 2015.

It has been estimated that engaging 3.5 million youth from (2013 - 2015) would engender the production of over 10 million metric tons of food and livestock to make food and livestock readily available in Nigeria at affordable prices, ensure food security while diversifying the nation's economy from crude oil to agriculture.

Rehabilitation of 650,000 moribund cocoa plantations in the sixteen (16) cocoa producing states alone is to generate over 89,000 Jobs, Rice value chain is to generate 250,000 jobs etc.
