Sorry, but my experience does not support the God-shaped hole theory.
It's just something pastors tell you to make you feel the stress they make
you go through in the name of serving God is truly worth it. It's a myth.

It is true that there are some people who are never happy no matter what
they achieve in life, but that is just a symptoms of clinical depression, a
disease which responds well to drugs and other medical treatments.
Depression can make even Bill Gates feel that he is a loser in life, etc.

Many Christians are unhappy, but they deny their unhappiness in the name
of faith. They claim to have "true joy" which is "different from happiness".
But if an unbeliever is unhappy, they claim it is because he lacks Jesus.

There is no myth.

No one said we cant get unhappy

But we do know Gods promise to us concerning this

The world we live in is filled with pain, but its outta of this we draw strength

That in Christ alone our hope is found

Its about being content

Selfishness always leads to unhappiness

We are spirit beings having a physikal experience 4 God has set eternity in d hearts of men that they may thirst after him,for the whole creation was made subject to vanity,not clinical depression,bt by reason of HIM (GOD) who has subjected it in HOPE!

people keep coming with their theories

But if we look at Gods commandments plainly

we will see the keys to lasting and eternal joy and happiness

but since the nature of man is to rebel, we are where we are.

There is no commandment that leads to the detriment of man.

Love your neighbor
Love God

i see no harm in any of that
