i understand...it takes some 20 hours or more to download 1gig file...unlike me, i download 1 gig file within 1 hour...
first, create 'obb' folder in /sdcard/Android
move the gta rio cache to obb folder
make a backup of the gta rio cache into another folder on your sdcard, becos if you uninstall gta rio game, the cache will delete too, so make a backup by coping it to d root of your sdcard
install d game through .apk extension
open d game and play
