I'm getting married on the29th of this month and for the past 3months, weve been thinking of an affordable place to spend our honeymoon. We finally thought of going to ghana but we dont know the cost. We are looking at 1 week there.

Affordable is a relative term, you need to budget about 200K for a one-week honeymoon in Ghana except you want to go by road. But a better destination wld be The Gambia for about 300-350K because the flights now are a lil expensive. For about 400-450K you can do South Africa. 500K will be okay for Dubai. Mind you, the amounts above are estimates and reflect my idea of a honeymoon, not staying cheap in a worn down hotel.
