am married for 6months now, having been trying to get pregnant but am not, can you help me, anytime me and my husband meet, if he release the sperm will come out, please i need your help.

I think there is no cause for Alarm yet, (6 mths)

We just celebrated the birth of a fellow church member, who gave birth to a bouncing baby boy after Sixteen years,

of waiting, on Sunday.

So, u should probably take some time off, with ur hubby, and go on vacation, where there is no Stress, and then prayer

and fasting also helps.

u hav nothin 2 fear, by definition u r not infertile, u've been tryin for 6 months its not up to 1 year.

i hope u av a regular cycle and understand when u should meet ur husband, if u r lookin 4 a child u shuld both plan & work 2wards meetin at the right time.

remeber that Children r a gift from God.

but shawla my cycle is not regular at times 27days or 28days, so it difficult for me 2 no the right 2 meet. also my hubby is not staying in Lagos his in Ibadan, can distance cause delay?

if u eat well, i mean all d 6 classes of nutrients, u shuldn't need vitamins. in my opinion our local diet is not well balanced.

since u want 2 get pregnant, a daily tablet of folic acid is in order. there is a preparartion i was once saw called ZE-PLUS it contains vit A, E and zinc and these are known to help fertility, include vit C to d list. i'm not sure of d contents in Pregnacare if they contain all this then u are on course.

27/28 days is a very normal cycle. u'll need 2 meet with ur hubby about 7 -11 days after d end of ur menses assuming its about 3-5 days.

during this period u shuld meet at least 3 times a day, whether in lagos or in ibadan.

the key thing is to plan towards it together

Habaa!! 3 times a day? What do you have to say about SPERM MOTILITY?


l believe every other day is good to help sperm motility, however, endeavour to do it on the main day of ovulation.

lf you dont know ur ovulation day, do it every other day throughtout the circle. Onces a day is enough to make you pregnant if God wishes.

l never born before, but l heard you add or subtract 2 weeks from the due date given to you. ln ur case now, u just have to wait for another 2weeks before getting concerned. All the best!!
