Report claimed that 28,000 candidates sat for the post utme I'm sure more 18,000 candidates scored less than 40 in their post-utme result. I want you guys to remember UNAAB can only admit between 3,500-4,000 candidates. If you score less than 40 in your post utme, start making up second plan... Like your other choice university, pre-degree, poly or college of education before it's too late unless you are still young and can still afford to stay at home for another one year, don't give yourself unnecessary hope because UNAAB believes in the integrity of their post utme exam unlike Jamb and waec where there's runs. Assuming 10,000 candidates score 40 and above their post utme... UNAAB can only admit maximum of 4,000 candidates and out of this 4,000 about 1,000+ will be given admission through pre degree .

I'm not here to scare you, I just want to advise you to make ɑ plan B, don't be ɑ fool and don't be deceived.

But nothing is impossible if God is on our side.

And If you score less than 40 in your post utme for Management Science course... Forget it, even VC can't help you unless we see ɑ miracle, And it'll be ɑ bad idea to put your hope in miracle.

Though there's no official cut-off for UNAAB. But with inner source, provided that you scored 40 and above in your post utme... for

Agric course Candidates: ɑ composite of 40+ should give you admission.

For these science courses(Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Biological Science, Chemistry): 45+ should give you admission.

For NUD, HMS, FSM... All colfec in general except FST: 40+ should give you admission

For Computer Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry: 50+ should give you ɑ chance and 55+ should give you admission.

For Engineering courses including: 55+ should give you admission except maybe elect/elect where you may need 60+

For Management Science: 55+ should give you ɑ chance for Economics, Accounting, and 60+ should give you admission. For EPS, 50+ should give you admission. and others like Business Admin... 55+ should give you admission.
And for Vet.Medicine, you definitely need 60+ to have ɑ chance.

These composite scores may vary, it actually depends on general performance, UNAAB usually admit around 80 best candidates per department.

There's ɑ good news and ɑ bad news... The bad news is that you may merit your choice of course and still not admitted and good news is that you may not meet up with your course choice but may be given admission to lower courses that you merit... This usually cause problem for some candidates, you apply for mathematics and score 48 in your composite and still not admitted because someone else scored 52 for elect/elect and was dropped to Mathematics.

My name is Tunde. Aftr reading about 100+ post on funaab I think I have no hope cos I got 30% in my post utme after calculating my aggregate it was 47.6. All hope lost on my course Entrepreneurship studies. But please guys went posting always have the fear of God because thousands of students are also scared who are also loosing hope. Thanks

You know, sometimes one might wanna add some appreciable amount of 'refined sugar' to the 'bitterleaf' just so as to be able to down it...even when he knows pretty well that'd do a lil' more harm than good...

Yes I can very well attest to this fact... CAMBRIDGE A'LEVEL ain' for the faint hearts. If you wanna do Cambridge, you gotta be desciplined, resilient, hardworking.... It is way way different from JAMB. You'd be drilled right down to the bones!

I donno how much it costs in FUNAAB but Places I know, it costs abou' 200k and that's apart from the exam fees which is about 90k or thereabout *a lil' more expensive for the sciences* (the last time I checked). Now it's that expensive because it is valued in the US dollars as it is an international exam... (as the name implies).
