The admission requirements is the same as that of Full-time programmes. Normal O' level requirements.
Forms are released around august.

Ur name is not with Funaab yet. As at now, funaab doesn't know those who picked dem and those who didn't. Not until Jamb forwards d list of candidated dat applied for funaab to dem. And dat'll happen only after jamb of institution/course has closed.
And d list is submitted in a single part, not discriminating those dat picked funaab frm registration tym and those that changed to funaab after jamb results.

The summary of my story is, YES funaab accepts change of institution.
The utme combination for maths is eng,phy.mth,chm while dat of chemistry is eng,chm, phy, mth or bio. And d waec combination of both course is mth,eng,phy,chm,bio.
