possible causes :
CARIOUS TOOTH : decayed tooth which if not attended to at the earliest leads to fracture of tooth and finally its removal ,if not filled in correct time.

GUM PROBLEMS:due to poor oral hygiene so you should make it a habit to brush twice daily with correct brushing method.

* rinsing with warm salt water


* using dental floss to remove any food particles


* taking aspirin or acetaminophen to relieve pain;

do not use heat, because it will tend to spread infection.

try this ,but it is very unorthodox:
soak cotton wool with small petrol and apply it to the affected area.Do it repeatedly for some time ,this should help and also go to a pharmacy and buy calcium and sodium supplements,this will help?
