Ok bodik...These facts that You call 'obsolete' remain the very facts that stare every one person battling diabetes in the eye.

But because science always gets better day in day out, and new theories and findings published We try to be flexible with our hold on medical facts...That's why I would really appreciate U replying with what you know to be new...and please try to avoid tilting the point of discussion into an argument or confrontation
