Airtel service is really wack where I stay in Lokoja though cool around my office sha . Thank God for Glo sim that I use in my other cracked 3G modem.

Airtel network has been acting up lately and u cant browse steadily with it cos the 3.5g network keeps comin up intermittently. MTN however has been a shame, it really messed up my x-mas calls, and since then it has been blacklisted. Glo rules for my galaxy tab, cos they are yet to dissapoint me. But nonetheless, i am still subscribed to airtel for my BB, cos i suspect they are undergoin some maintenance or whatever, which i am sure is temporary

the truth of the matter is that when more persons migrate from airtel to glo,etisalat,mtn or vice versa,the former network becomes efficient and less load and latter is poor and less efficent because of network usuage.if mtn is browsing fast,everyone wants to use it forgeting that airtel was poor because of congestion.

Airtel is not the worst network for browsing, that crown still belongs to MTN. However, good Airtel service is very location specific. In my house on Channels TV Avenue, around the Lagos/Ogun border, network is fairly okay, though it's mostly EDGE in my bedroom, and 3G in the parlour. When I get to the studio in Ojodu area though, Airtel is amazing.

The advice to Airtel would be for them to maintain the uniformity of their 3G - 3.75G network, especially in all urban areas.

It started onlly yesterday morning. Can't you people just bear with them for 1-3ddays upgrading Na wa for Nigerians ooo!
Its now even back to Normal since dis noon, Airtel for life for me ooo!!

AIRTEL IS GREAT. IN MY HOME TOWN. ITS IS EXCELLENT BOTH ON PHONE AND LAPTOP. BUT IN ONITSHA HERE IT IS STILL GOOD ON PHONE BUT ON LAPTOP THE SERVICE IS ON AND OFF. I DON'T KNOW WHY THE PHONE GETS MORE SERVICE THAN THE MODEM. ON MTN SERVICE. I DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO USE LAPTOP BECAUSE IT CAN BE SO FRUSTRATING THAT YOU WILL END UP WASTING YOUR MB. GENERALLY USING BOTH ON PHONE IS OKAY BUT AIRTEL SERVICE IS MORE STABLE.

People, what is 3g,EDGE or GSM? Havent you guys heard of Broadband and Wifi?
They even give you guys 3000MB or crap as subscription per month,sorry caged mentality there.

As for me, i just downloaded like 40GB of movies today to watch, all i am saying is this, Nigerians should reject immediately any of such services and don't sign any long term plan, just do one month trial and if its not working, cancel on the 29th and go for another one.
It seems these company are aware, Nigerians knows nothing about consumers rights.

Only in Nigeria, people are so happy to pay for poor services.
