A lot of people consider degrees very highly, but sometimes it doesn't matter. Lots of American billionaires are college drop outs, I still haven't heard that Dangote had any special qualifications. Your guy can speak English, seems hardworking, has his own business, is an employer, has a nice character and family. What else do you want?

IMO,a varsity degree is not so vital neither is it necessary in order to attain success in life...but it is appropriate. If u have the funds and zeal,go for it. However, being educated to that extent will likely give u an edge in the society, and u'll have a broader view of life than an illiterate.it's not all about dropping out and hitting big cash. So,it is just apt to have a varsity degree. My future spouse must have one.
