There is nothing wrong with thanking a MOG for his prayers. Another thing is the intention with which the thanks is been accorded. Let's hope we will keep thanking him till we kiss the cup (nor not) - just laying the cards

the same pride that brought down Ivory coast! Never underestimate your opponent. Baba God please don't listen to his boasts. We Nigerians depend on you alone not the might of our players

Lovine: Who is T.B Joshua? One of AFCON officials?

Yes he is. If he is from USA or any Arab nations you will be jubilation, FOOOLLLLSS; Because you hate someone will not make God not to love him even you some people hate you but God love atleast when you sleep you can't remember any of your enemies, God don pass you

Is he tired of ministering in church? what is his business in football match fixing.I beg, na everything Nigeria pastors want to put mouth; so as to continue to show superiority and class among their teaming MUGU(followers).
Na so he predicted that Atta mill, the former president of Ghana go win without telling the man that he will die while serving.

I am still astonished at how foreigners cherish this man.... To an extent I went to see a lecturer in one of the universities outside the country and met TBJ poster in the lecturers door...

Nicolas N.:
Top officials of the Nigeria Football Federation have conveyed their deep-rooted appreciation to Prophet T.B. Joshua of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations for what they described as his special support for the national team, Super Eagles leading up to Sunday’s 2-1 defeat of the hitherto dreaded star-studded Elephants of Ivory Coast in the quarter-finals of the on-going Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa.

Prior to the epic encounter on Sunday in Rustenburg, South Africa, the Super Eagles were merely given an outside chance to prevail over the Elephants who were loaded to the brim with superstar players including Didier Drogba and Yaya Toure.

But Stephen Keshi’s team who went inot the game as underdogs, stunned thw orld including with a magnificent display of amazing skills, grit and team play, to edge their West African neighbours out of the tournament at the quarter-finals stage.

Apparently on cloud nine, Nigeria Football Federation top brass and Coordinator of the Super Eagles, Emmanuel Atta was lavish with encomiums on Prophet T.B. Joshua for what he described as “his wonderful role in the 2-1 defeat of Ivory Coast”.

Moments after the encounter, Attah sent out sms text messages to The “Synagogue Man of God” thanking him for standing solidly behind the Eagles in the game against Ivory Coast.

“We’re very appreciateive of him. He was wonderful and we can’t thank him enough,” Attah screamed excitedly.

“T.B. Joshua was fervent in his prayers for the team. We observed all that he asked us to do, starting from a day before the game. This is a special victory for the team and the nation and we cannot thank God enough.”

Attah also expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their support and prayers for the senior national team. He assured that with more of such support, the Eagles will continue to work hard in order to make Nigerians happy.

Billyonaire: It is necessary for Nigerians to glorify their icons. TB Joshua is humility personified. He, is a philanthropist on a class of his own. If most MOGs can do half of what he has exemplified then we could truly feel that they are Godsent. Can I add, that if need be, Worship Him, instead of worshipping Arabic Avatars.
xo u can worship him...go ahead nao who will stop u.BUT rememba GOD is d only one worthy of worship.

So now football is no longer a game of skill and luck.its now a 'prayer and fasting' game.well,y do we even bother playing? We should just arrange d teams, show the fixtures to him and ask him who will win.that way,we don't waste resources organizing football matches that have already been predicted n prayed for.

And who are you? What impact factor have you got on anything or anyone? Give your full real names and address and stop hiding under nairaland nicknames. Then we will take you serious. You this enemy of progress.? How can T B Joshua change the minds of men when even Jesus Christ himself couldn't change the minds of men? You are just an ignorant illiterate. Get behind us pls!!

Put your money where your mouth is, this axiom explains quite alot.TBJ from inception commenced encouraging youths in SCOAN to play football,he provided a standard field, football kits etc,TBJ sent Onazi Ugenyi and Emmanuel SANI and many others that were outstanding to europe for further training and attachments all bills paid by him.Today Onazi plays for LAZIO[italy] and has helped Nigeria get this far in the current 2013 football tournament in SA.Onazi is like a son to TBJOSHUA,It stands therefore, to reason that his support for NIGERIA at this time is not misplaced .

This is the last days ,,, God sends his true prophets to save souls languishing in sin,,,,

Tb joshua does not preach the gospel of repentance , there fore he is deluding millions into damnation,,
If u are a christain u follow christ ,not a man who predicts foot ball matches... Please leave God out of competitions , cuz competition is of the devil not of God.

In the last days many shall be deceived and it is evident,,,,
many re having faith for miracles ,and prophecies , instead of faith by repentance..

We thank God only , for he doesn't share his glory with any man.
