Since March this year, most payments made not during China office hours face this kind of issue. Try make your payments between 2am - 11am, Mon - Fri NGT to be on a safer side.

I'v been in touch with the bank since yesterday. I also sent a mail to AE (not expecting a reply), but surprisingly they replied me this evening. They provided me with a screenshot from their database which showed that the money was not with them (bank also said it has been removed by AE). I have forwarded this back to the bank and they replied few minutes ago to acknowledge receipt and let me know their chargeback team has began investigations into the matter. In the meanwhile i'll have to get an equivalent of that amount to re-place another order as my customers are really waiting for the products. I'll most likely be placing my order by 3am tomorrow morning, by that time, business should have kicked off in the Republic
