I was given a month compulsory leave by my supervisor,I missed out some procedures when carrying out the task I was given and he was angry and he said If he needs me he will call me back,what can I do?will I get my job back? |

To be given compulsory leave is a serious case my brother.the chance of having the job back is 50%.just keep on praying cos with prayers,he would later see ur better side. |

Is this your first offense and have u been a dedicated staff? This should be a disciplinary leave of absence. it means you wont get paid for that month and you are a few steps away from termination of contract/sack letter. Maybe you should send an email to apologize for your incompetence.To be on the safe side,start making copies of your CV oh.  |
