yeaah...I did experienced it often....mum used it flush my bad stomach, with boiled herbs like scent leaf, bitter leaf and others...lolsssss...u have taken my senses back to the memory lane... |

Hi there, yep my mom did it to me once when I was very little. She used soap and warm water, I thought my stomach would burst open, it felt really tight when she filled it up. I was glad though, I was constipated for over a week from eating too much yam lol. I love you mom!!  |

That's like a local way of doing enema for constipation... I never experienced it in my childhood...got to know about it while taking a history from a woman during my NYSC.. |

Never been constipated as a child. I dey shyte pra-pra! But i heard about these "domestic enemas"  before. Parents have to be careful tho, so as not to rupture the child's gut. My take: if you're concerned about your child's bowel habits, take him to a doctor. |
