March 1 I guess. 365 days after birthday. Feb 28 isn't really right. Neither is March 1

It would be a real conversation stopper when you can truthfully say "I married her on my 8th birthday"

Very simple..... Take half from feb 28 n d other half from march 1st. i.e 12pm on feb 28 to 12pm march 1st.

That's true for some of us. But we seem not to give thought to the fact that this date may not appear at all on calendar in some years like this year. Does that mean you didn't age as their is no reference on Calendar? You may be cheated of your 13th salary because of lack of record, ofcourse that's an excergeration. However, it takes someone to be born on this date to experience this exceptional circumstance. Maybe people don't give birth on that date, not common to find.

Its even better, doing it every 4 years will make it big, that's the respect of the fifa world cup

Why did you take it so serious? What's the big deal? It's not like he'll collect money from you for the celebration.

Celebration starts 11:30pm February 28 and ends 12:30am March 1.
