@ OP, To add to what Blendy and dominique have said, let her meet a good gyneacologist, depending on the location of the fibroid she can carry pregnancy with the fibroid. I successfully did! But if it cannot be done then she can have it surgicallly removed.You can go online and read all about fibroid growth. Please don't leave your woman over this.

However if it's within the womb lining or indents into the womb a simple myemectomy will do to remove the fibroid and she can conceive within few months after the surgery if all other factors associated with reproduction is in order.
