Actually factory purchased provides you the options to customize so you will have to comply with the tint law. On the other hand if you buy tokumbo then you should have a valid excuse.

Good question, and simple answer! this new IG has cleaned up the NPF now so he "the IGP" will return the car to the factory for them to remove the tint and then make it govt property in his house or his vilage

Arresting Tinted cars has nothing to do with security because the same Boko Haram can still procure Tinted permit for their cars and execute same crime. Nigeria security agents are corrupted already and lack knowledge,hence OGA at the Tops partakes in sponsoring the so called BH because of their selfish interests how can security agents combat crimes? what happened to those Boko Haram members arrested or the accused Honorable members of the house,Governors etc?

Laws of this nature are only for ordinary nigerians. Politicians, ministers, vips are usually saluted when sighted inside glass tinted vehicles.
