FOF4u: all medical test is done in d camp. Dem never accept anyone from outside. Nig army has enough physicians to carryout as many test they want. All u hv to do is make sure u ar physically and medically fit. Good luck to us all.

not "all medical tests" r done in the camp, 2 serving personnel of the NA(who hv passed through the process recently) told me to get one ready. and mark u NA dnt hv "enough" physicians to 'interprete' all medical tests. a frnd told me NA hired a civilian cardiologist to screen the ECGs during their time

ECG detect electrical activity of the heart and display it on a graph, it is use rountinely together with chest x-ray as a screening tool for many heart problems. it detect mainly 2 groups of heart problems; (1) rhythm abnormalities(arrhythmias), (2) poor oxygenation of the heart muscle (stable angina, unstable angina, STEMI, NSTEMI). some of these conditions are deadly and can cause 'sudden death'. so do ur ECG nd get it checked by a competant person b4 going to the main training especially. a number of those who die during training actually faked their ECG to scale through the screening process only to be caught by nature

I heard abt every applicant sitting 4 the exam witout shortlisting, bt d date of the exam is yet to be known.

In-as-much-as I have reservations on the rumour of exams, I'm beginning to believe this 'exam theory'.

I saw a Brig. General today and walked up to him to ask about the DSSC/SSC and he said & insisted there is going to be a written exam.

Which ever way it goes, it will turn out for our favour by God's grace.

Well, we are all very eager. Out of mine eargerness too I called an officer in NA who said I should not fail to check The PUNCH, VANGUARD and THE NATION this week.
