Wow this blackberry assistance is another thing oh. Very efficient and amazing. I used it to open nairaland.com and again asking silly questions and got all my answers correctly. I even asked the capital of naija. After telling me it's abuja then it brought out the second picture

why I suggested glo is because it's cheaper but if MTN is giving u want u want then it's fine. Back to the matter can u tell me the software/ os u are running currently. This up issue is quite strange seriously

It is a superb device...I'm using one and the only device I plan to EVER exchange it for is the Passport launching on September 24. However, if you don't mind scaling down on the 8MP camera to like 5MP with a mega 5-inch screen then the Z3 might be your choice. Both devices are great!

You should've activated BB Protect. Always!

Anyway, if you remember your username and password that was used to create a Blackberry ID account (that is same one used to activate your BBM) then open your account on - http://ng.blackberry.com/bbid.html then change your password and profile details. Note that this doesn't change your BB pin; the pin is fixed to the phone and not your BB profile so the 'new' user of your phone will no longer be able to use BBM and Blackberry World and some other functions on the Z10 until he or she activates his/her own BB account.

as mentioned, if you log in to BBID, and the person has not wiped the device, you will still see it showing under your profile...you can wipe your data or lock the phone, send a message to display on the screen of the phone or view the location of the phone on a map to a small degree of accuracy

they've already said it all.... But i still dont get why majority of people using Blackberry phones dont like paying attention to that BB PROTECT .. Lol since they nearly steal my bold 5 at praise night for Winner's chapel at Gaa-akanbi Ilorin no be person tell me to stop to they press Skip anytime that BB PROTECT stuff show up on my phone.

Dont tryna make same mistake again if u get a new BB Device and make sure that your GPS is always Activated on your device. Sorry for your loss bro.
