Mayor, it could be the you have a corrupt card, do what Walcolm says and let's know if it works. If that doesn't work, then I suspect you may have done a bad installation. Get back though.

I have a 32gb card and an 8gb card.... I think the problem is from the goddamn 32gb card, cos the 8gb can now work well after I installed the os again but the 32gb card still shows the same errors when inserted.

i will definitely recommend it over the Q5...Q5 has a great battery and its a really good device but the screen and battery are no where near what you get on the Z3

The Z3 is definitely good, but my only gripe with it is the lesser camera quality and low ram.. on 10.3, the Z3 have some edge.

the problem with relying on specs only is that you will miss the bigger picture

all the specs you have highlighted are correct but you failed to factor in the bigger screen size, bigger battery, newer chipset (CPU & GPU) in the Z3. you also need to recognize that the Z10 was manufactured almost two years ago while the Z3 is less than 6months old

equally crisp when using the Internet or chatting or reading but not as crisp while viewing videos. was slightly disappointed by the display while watching a 720p movie but you learn to take the bad with the good. and it's really not that bad. very nice for mobile tvseries or music videos or even mobile movies. so to answer your question.......Yes, it's nearly as crisp as the z10

Someone is eyeing the Z3...

I had my eyes on the Z3 earlier in the year for 2 reasons: bigger screen estate and better battery. But hey, I can't get away from the snappy Z10 processor and LCD display. Simply fits me.

I had to go out for an android phone with decent battery and bigger screen (howbeit poor display) to play tag-along with my Z10

Anyone care to do a live coverage of the BB Passport event on this here thread? I don't think I can catch up live but I can do a follow up here...otherwise I'll head to twitter

they won't be in the same price margin so the choice won't ultimately depend on spec sheet. the classic would prolly cost more than the z30

Ok. Just read your well written z3 review...answered all my questions. Meanwhile, IMO, it would be a marketing mistake for the classic to be priced higher than the z30. The target should be those who still hang on to their bbos7 (esp bold 5 users) for its toolbelt and keypads.

You're failing! A 2012 edition of the macbook pro; murders even the 2014 version of any Acer laptop . . So age is of no importance here, given then fact that some phones manufactured in 2012 have better specs and even better scores than some 2014 phones. With that being said, I'd rather have better camera and better RAM and a crispier display; than better GPU or CPU . .
As a software analyst, i know for a fact that even a CPU clocked at 3.30 GHz would lag heavily on a application-filled phone running on just 1GB RAM, with just about 760 MB free for use. On the other hand, a 1.3GHz CPU will perform wonders with a 2 GB RAM . . .
99% of you guys do not fully utilize the GPU chipset, how man of you play 720p and 1080p videos on your phones?
Basically, what we need in a phone . . the camera, the storage space, and the ability to play games smoothly without lagging.
The Z10 has got 16GB storage on board, the z3 8GB . . . Yesterday I bought 2 Z10's because there was no way I would sacrifice so much
for just about 1,500 difference in price
