I don't think Fally had any choice ,the congolese diaspora has refused any music/concerts and he is not really getting any money. This is very average even for Fally ,he has done better in the past.

After the disputed elections ,the diaspora said that somebody else won according to them ,majority of the musicians sang for the actual president so the diaspora said that no musician will ever set foot in the diaspora anymore for concerts or just visiting, whenever they try they get beat up ,fally did not sing for the actual president but they just put him in the same basket as the others.
