cbaby I cnt really name that but u must know dat those Innoson label can't be. Most of them at Nnewi wil assemble Okada parts to give it their own label. I tink Innoson have to import d parts and assemble it, yea dats it and a lotta people are into dat . aryzgreat: Keep hating, while d patriotic ones buy and use IVM, atleast most companies and banks in lagos are using their buses as staff bus. I see them every day in lag. Wot Mr Innocent chukwuma needs is massive publicity and Government support. Pull him down syndrome is d bane of Nigeria development, if something good does not come from my region, i pull it down. Triballand: I think Innoson is the first indigenous automobile makers in Nigeria, i have seen a lot of their products here in Lagos. They have one of their sales depot at Oshodi-Apapa express way. This is a good move by them anyway.

Most companies in Lagos wia i am currently based are using Innoson buses to convey staff, Banks too, i av seen fidelity bank staff bus, The subsidy buses plying oshodi to ikorodu have IVM buses, Hyundai and TATA. Enugu state shuttle, kinda Lagos BRT uses Innoson.

The guy needs encouragement not these negative comments we get in NL. Ghana nearly woo him with so much incentives to establish his company in Ghana, though he told the delegate, he want the Nigeria company to stand before expanding to other African countries. Please lets appreciate good things when we see one.

My only grouse with Innoson is that I have never come across anywhere you can see their prices or interior or any proper marketing.

Take Nairaland for example. A large number of people who visit Nairaland have a decent purchasing power, both home and abroad. Are we not worth targeting as potential customers?

Innoson should take a leaf from Tata motors. Make it possible for 50% of Nigerians to own a small car ($3000-5000) and Innoson will become a household name.

Remember the glorious days that Nigerians used to sing about, Nigeria never build much then too, was only assembling like VW used to be assembled in Lagos and now even the used parts are import - So if Innoson is doing nothing but to assemble, it is a good start in good direction.

I will support anyone with brain and "know how" to run a business successfully regardless of their tribe and color of skin. . . That is the level we need to get to, i have to much respect for Dangote and the rest of them as well, and now this Innoson has been added to my respectful Nigerians, though i ave no idea who is.
