there are many criminal in nigeria.. and snce Goodluck have given his own people money for blow up pipeline.. other criminal think, it is right to blow up thing to get financial amnesty.

the best is to cut financial amnesty to ijaw criminal and see if you can put them under employment with the bayelsa state government...

there is no need for financial amnesty for boko haram.. if you want to introduce financial thing. it should be to all nigeria and not only to ijaw militia or boko haram only but all nigeria either they are tiv,kanuri or jakun or idoma or hausa or fulani.
