My BlackBerry Bold 2 battery' life is so short these dayz and it hardly last for 4hours( fully charged + usage period) unlike when it stayed for almost one and half days with normal usage..

I tot it has reached its lifespan so I got another battery but with same xperience.

I discovered that ♍Ɣ BB temperature do increases to somewhat 41/42 as against 29/31 degree and it does fail to charge while the temperature is about 41/42.

I used Zain BIS for almost a year with same fone , but swapped to MTN coz of Zain's error in ♍Ɣ area last month.

I've since began 'to D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥' wonder maybe MTN 3G consumes Battery life †☺ Zains'?

2. Zain's 3G has never increased ♍Ɣ fone temperature unlike MTNs' (same pressing+usage) and im neighbourhood, one will hardly sees MTN EDGE, but 3G.
So, does Signal reception and 3G strength affects battery life as such?

Yea, 3G strength affects battery life and it runs down so fast, just change your network mode to 2G!

Yeah, I observed that too, but MTN 3G in particular increases my phone'/battery temperature, from 29/32 †☺ somewhat 40-42.
Airtel hasn't being doing same †☺ ♍Ɣ phone, I used Airtel BIS for almost a year and with no such xperince anyway.
