They need to demonstrate some sense of responsibility. That they are not yet married is worrisome but that they are still staying with their brother is very embarrasing ( by my own definition).
Your husband needs to allow these ladies stay alone. Making laws for women about how they are supposed to marry is questionable ( according to u he says his sisters must marry as virgins).
