(JSI) is a US based international Public Health consulting firm and manages two (2) projects/contracts through its integrated office in Abuja Through the Partnership for Supply Chain Management consortium, JSI implements the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) project for theUS G4 as part of the United States President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The purpose is to establish and operate a safe, secure, reliable and s supply chain management system to procure pharmaceuticals and other products needed for the care and treatment of persons with HIV / AIDS and related JSI implements the USAID I DELIVER Project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a global technical assistant aimed at increasing the availability of essential health supplies through procurement services and assistance designed to strengthen health commodity supply developing countries.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (HIV/AID ABUJA) 
BASIC FUNCTION: 
The Associate Director HIV / AIDS amongst other job functions is a member of the Management Team and will report to the Director HIV/AIDS Program.
He/she will help to provide leadership, management, and technical expertise for the improvement of systems. He/she will help to collaborate closely with other major stakeholders in the implementation and improvement of the project goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: 
Support the Director, HN/AIDS Program to develop and maintain
HN / AIDS work-plan as part of the overall SCMS work plan for technical assistance activities in collaboration with other JSI staff and partners.
He/She will assist in the development of budgets, activities and timelines to meet the project goals.
Support the Director in managing the department, deputies while the
Director is on leave or out of office, defining strategies, goals, objectives and monitoring their implementation.
Coordinate the implementation of work plan activities, including
Development of monthly cash How projections and submission to finance and admin, assigning of relevant staff to specific tasks to ensure the achievement of project goals.
Support the Director to set overall strategic direction and lead the
implementation of the HIV/AIDS supply chain unification project in
Nigeria, developing strategic documentation, monitoring

Lead the process of strategic engagement with the state level officials to support skill transfer and ownership of the HIV / AIDS supply chain by the state official, collaborating with the Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) team to develop and implement capacity building strategies for the states.
Lead the collation and review of SCMS performance measures as relates to the work of the HIV / AIDS program department, provide interpretation of the measures, and coordinate effort to improve performance where appropriate.

Pls do they need local govt identification letter and certificate of state of origin to apply. i.e when submitting the form
