We are hiring an Administrative Officer for a Tech Hub and Co-working Space at Maitama, Abuja.

Remuneration: 80,000 to 10,000.

In the role of Administrative Officer, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the seamless and effective functioning of our organization. Requirements:

Job Description:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized, tidy, and professional work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
Ensure that there is adequate and conducive working environment for all staff and coworkers(furniture, security, safety, equipment and supplies)
Ensure the safe custody and security of all organization’s asset including vital records(purchase contracts, proof of ownership documents, after sale service contracts etc)
Ensure that a fixed asset register, filling and archiving system is developed and maintained.
Support the Finance Manager by handling fundamental finance and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Assist in HR-related tasks, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee file management.
Manage office stock and supplies and place orders as at when due.
Maintain relationship with service providers and supplier( security, internet, phcn, water board and Amac)
Work alongside the facility manager to ensure proper running and maintenance of the facility.
Supervise the cleaners alongside Facility manager and ensure the facility, rest room and surroundings are neat at all times.
