Go to any good hospital that has calibrated meter rule and take measurement for free. You can also check your weight and calculate your B.M.I.

B.M.I. is the acronym for body mass index.
B.M.I or quetelet index is a measure of individuals body shape based on height and weight. You can use it to know if you are overweight or underweight. And can also use it to diagnose a person with obesity. Normal BMI is suppose to be between 18.5 to 25 kg/m^2. You can do the calculation yourself using this formula:
B.M.I.= mass or weight in kilogramme divided by the square of height of the individual. i.e.
Weight(kg)/height(m^2)
Your height should be in square.
Those who are overweight are at a higher risk of having hypertension, type 2 diabetes, heart diseases, certain type of cancers and sleep and respiratory disorder. So its better you check your B.M.I and keep fit.
