Tell her in a serious way. If she keeps laughing at it, tell her you mean it, you might need a straight face to do that.

From my experience, when ladies keep laughing at it, it's another way of saying they don't want you but they don't want to hurt you at the same time, so, they keep laughing over it anytime it comes up. It's an avoidance technique. Maybe you have to consider that.
