As 2012/13 epl season draws to a close,there is no doubt that the league is the most competitive in the world,select your top 4 so far,I believe that table ranking does not totally reflect performance this time. Also considering the value of investment on players in some of the so-called big teams and their performance,I'm sure some small teams deserve better comparative rating.
