The problem with Nigerian beaches arte with the people and not beach itself. It's also in Nigeria that people wear wedding gowns and baggy jeans to a beach. No bikini, no nothing.

@op,what is ever working well in naija except corruption? So our beaches r like d owner.I hapned to visit bar beach one time with enthusiasm only to b disapointd wen I saw it.bein somebody dat like to explore,I ventured off yonder but what I saw made me swear I will never go there again!

Laws and regulations to protect the environment are poorly enforced

The scale of pollution and environmental damage will neva warrant nig to have a beach as this.

Waste dumping, and gas flaring are notorious and endemic, and can turn any good beach to be a death one
