Dude Ethiopia wasn't going to vote for Melvin regardless.

It is hard as it is already going up against Dillish in East Africa, last thing we need right now is diversion of votes. Every 1/5 votes you are channelling to southern africa(which I believe is futile) would be best used in the East for Melvin to strengthen his position there.
