Hi I married a Nigeria man in Lagos in 2011. The marriage is not working at all and I want a divorce (after much consideration this really is the option even though it is against my religion). How can I start proceedings while in the UK? I am unable to travel as I have children. Any assistance would be appreciated. |

im sure all you have to do i file for divorce in the U.K court system....in most cases.. the other party does not necessarily have to be physically present as long as he is made aware of the situation and there are no properties involved: houses, cars, money in banks etc...if there are properties or kids involved...he will need a legal representation to represent him in U.K that's is.....you dont have to travel to get a divorce paaa....see how good God is? |
