Gbawe:

This is why these supporters of GEJ, immature kids in reality, stalk me with their empty insults and vitriol. There is virtually not a single thing we are seeing now that I have not boldly predicted before to the consternation of these sentimental children who have a severe and laughable disconnection with morality and uprightness.

Being that way means they are likely to embrace the shallow approach of insulting others vacuously, while continuing to back GEJ blindly, rather than ever acknowledge what the man does wrong that even a 5 year old, if ethical and fair-minded, can predict will draw negative repercussion in future. It is not Rocket Science. Merely that some people are too sentimental, too clannish and too bigoted to see it.

All Nairalanders should stand up to observe a minute silence for the man who saw and knows tomorrow...

The man who can predict (in reverse order) the things to come in PDP...

The man who understands the inner workings of the PDP better than the Central Working Committee...

The man who enjoys/competes with Fashakin and Lai Mohammed in drinking Alabukun for other people's headache...

The man who knows the next set of medications Tinubu will be placed on by his doctors in 2014...

The only righteous man on NL.

Please give it up for Gbaweeeeee.

To usher him to the podium to receive this 2013 Award of Shame are Eko Atlantic, Eko Ile, Ilogunboy, Fashakin and Lie Mohammed!!!

Gbawe: The undemocratic rant of sheer desperation. The terror facing team GEJ, borne of the knowledge their man can never win the PDP Primaries legitimately, is behind this feeble garbage that will be soundly rejected by others who are completely secure in the knowledge they have the number to defeat GEJ easily in a transparent and fair test of popularity.

It is only naive supporters of Mr President who illogically shout that the PDP is a "national Party", who will be shocked to note this is not so with how the North will prove their numerical strength and clout within the Party. GEJ has lost and alienated virtually all the influential Northern 'moderates' who used powerful office to even things in his favour in the past. He paid them back with ingratitude and treachery. Now his only allies are all mercenaries, ethnic jingoists and AGIPs - not folks ideologically supportive of his ambition.

It will soon be crystal clear that the PDP is indeed a Northern Party as many intelligent analysts have always postulated. Political affiliates of GEJ, like Anenih, already know this. Hence their desperate effort to seek every method under the Sun to bypass Primaries that will reveal how highly unpopular GEJ is amongst his PDP compatriots.

Sorry "Mr.Fix-it" that you will not be allowed , regardless of your desperation, to change the rules in the middle of the game. It will definitely be fun to watch the PDP drama as it unfolds from now henceforth.

No one could have said it better man.

Why are you so fixated on GEJ winning the candidacy of his party..since u claim he hasn't done much to deserve re-election I think your interest should be that he should lose so that it will be a smooth ride for ur beloveth APC...

Who really are the northerners? There is no such thing as northerner or southerner when it comes to voting. It is not region that counts but individual votes or do you think rigging is still an option. Let's for Gods' sake speak like Nigerians and not sectional bigots.
Ain't talking about the generally election but rather the primaries if they 'll fold their hands & lets GEJ have a easy ride remember they still constitute the bulk of the delegates that 'll vote.

TRUTHTELA: GEJ,, has nothing to LOSE. Nigerian masses are the ones LOSING. These same ROGUES will find a way to compromise with GEJ, If not, the dude might spill the beans (fight corruption or work in the interest of the common man, and the PDP rogues will not want that to happen, hence, they'll let him have his way. I'm surprise that Nigerians don't understand these rogues yet. PLS THEY''RE NOT FIGHTING EACH OTHER AS U MAY THINK. Anenih is testing the waters, they're using this announcement to keep GEJ enemies guessing, there will be primaries. Governors have looted the treasury and if they don't support the ROGUE IN CHIEF, they might lose their loot. 2015' is so far away, as the day go by, the rest of the governors will be flogged into the line.
The northern gov's are just doing GARAGARA to please their region.

GEJ lose the ticket to LAmido or who? U must be a LEANER. It's not GEJ, as a person. He has POLITICAL HANDLERS & strategist.

They'll SURPRISE those who thinks that the man is WEAK. Nigerians are the WEAKER COWARDS!

Pukkah: Anenih, the Mr Fix-It of those days, is obviously at his wits end. The poor man is now old and understandly tired and his once robust bag of tricks is now empty.

Having been dusted in Edo state by the dimunitive but ruthless Oshiomhole, the man is too exhausted to fight this Amaechi/2015 tussle. Himself and the other aged PDP Chairman, Bamanga Tukur, have been throwing feeble and predictive blows at Amaechi, all of which the younger and more alert man has been ducking.

Unsure of the direction the 2015 PDP primaries could go, especially from the way the Governors' Forum election went, they've come up with another shift in the goal post - look for a way to dodge party primaries for Jonathan.

Honestly, these are not the best of times for the Jonathan 2015 camp.

Tukur is expired. Anenih is tired. Akpabio is not meticulous. Jang is expired. Dickson is a lapdog. The President himself is a poor politician. Amaechi has become an eel. OBJ has jumped ship. Dokubo and Clarke and Kuku are exasperating alarmists. Mimiko is unserious and a mere opportunist.

Fredrick Faseun is deluded. Peter Obi is lazy. Theo Orji is unthinking. Okupe is bumbling. Abati is confused. Most of the ministers aren't seasoned politicians. Sullivan Chime is sick and apathetic.

Saraki is cold. Atiku is mute. The VP is a rookie and a lighweight. The Senate President is his own man and has an agenda. Same for the Speaker of House of Reps. PDP is at its weakest point since 1999. The opposition is at its strongest point.

PDP doesn't care about what goes on in your noisemaking party but you keep troll on PDP affairs. THAT SHOWS PDP popularity. Whether primaries or not, come May 29, 2015, His Excellency Dr. Goodluck Jonathan will be sworn in for another term. Anyone with objective evaluation of GEJ's presidency knows the man did more than expected considering the circumstances. Expect Yoruba e-guerillas to invade this thread to silence the reasonable opinions here. The reason is obvious, there arguments are replete with tribal affiliation not borne of facts on the ground.

masterdre: 2015 Election: Anenih Seeks Automatic PDP Ticket For Jonathan, Others

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees, BoT, of the Peoples Democratic Party, Tony Anenih, has proposed an automatic second term ticket for incumbent president and governors who perform well in office, thus seeking to boycott the usual primaries.

This he said is to avoid the hassles that go with the party primaries, especially for executive positions.

Speaking at a dinner organised by President Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday night, for the “PDP family” at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Mr. Anenih said the internal problem of the party must be urgently handled if Nigerians must take the party serious.

The proposal by Mr. Anenih, if accepted by the party, would mean that President Goodluck Jonathan would be unchallenged for the PDP presidential ticket in 2015.

Read details here: http://premiumtimesng.com/news/137049-2015-election-anenih-seeks-automatic-pdp-ticket-for-jonathan-others.html
The so called OPPOSITION and other like-minded politically naive Nigerians are busy trying to stop President Jonathan from staying in AsoRock beyond 2015. They keep forgetting one point; WHO ARE THEY PRESENTING AS HIS REPLACEMENT? Who is that messiah president that will take the mantle from GEJ come 2015? I will keep on asking dat question. And don't talk to me about no Buhari or Tinubu.

I thought one of the things the pride in was that they are GEJ was the only residential candidate who emerged through a democratic process of their party having defeated other aspirants within the party to emerge PDP flag bearer.

Why re they now moving from good to bad? what they condemned in other party now they want to improve. thats is why they never moved the nation forward, they are never progressive!!!

its obvious the guy is not sure of himself, he had the backing of OBJ in 2011, that baba sabi how to deal with both internal and external foes, so it was easy for him, now obj don turn his back at him, his becoming helpless.

Same reason they told Akpabio not to risk going through election at NGF, hes beginning to realize he has no political strength.

let PDP return him as their only candidate, Nigeria is bigger than PDP.

By God's grace, we shall chase out incompteece, indolence, corruption, inefficiency and cluelessness out of power come 2015 insha yesu.

A lot of you are too sentimental and personality-obsessed so your opinions are not to be taken seriously. What you should ask yourself is whether I predicted many things correctly or not. It is as simple as that and all this mago-mago talk is just the envious rants of a dishonest mind not able to think as critically, as productively or as effectively as that of others.

Don't make a fool of yourself displaying petty jealousy simply because some Nairalander now notes that I have indeed predicted certain things correctly. Deal with the fact that many in life will have ability you don't have. The web joins achievers and loser as it does cretinous and capable minds. Don't forget that wink wink

Why are you concerned on how PDP choose it's candidate?. Adoption of candidates and compromise is part of how political parties operate. Tinubu imposed Fashola on Lagos AC and they supported him.

If you don't like GEJ simply don't vote for him if PDP eventually adopt him.

this your useless ranting won'd do you any good but cause you premature HBP.

Parties have the right to organize their party primaries the way they deem fit.., as stipulated by their party constitutions..., which they can amend, re amend and amend to suit the party goals at any given time! Obviously GEJ IS IN A BIG MESS, and that is putting it mildly. I cant believe that a sitting president with all his abundant powers can allow himself to be boxed into a corner by a bunch of vociferous governors snarling left and right like wild hyenas. This latest decree from Anenih just confirms that the whole house is on fire. Governors have gone rouge and their latest victory at the GF election has added more confidence within their ranks while sending the house at Aso into panic mode.. But then, who are these emergency revolutionaries?? Are they any inch better? The answer is no . If the opposition within is motivated by higher ideals, it would have been cool to see many Nigerians join ranks and usher in better characters into officialdom,.. but what we have here is a ruthless gang up by a clan of ethnic upstarts and religious bigots marshaled with the funds flowing from the accounts of highly corrupt but disillusioned members of the ruling elite. This group are very upset but the reasons for their anger are based on selfish intentions. There is no better alternative within the PDP opposition or even within the ACN. It is the same bunch that has held the country down since 1970. So i will enjoin the good people of Naijeiriya to stick with the devil you know.
